This program is a tactical fitness and nervous system resilience system developed specifically for firefighters and law enforcement officers. It integrates evidence-based strength training, breathwork protocols, trauma-informed mobility, and shift-work recovery optimization.
The statistics are not abstract for those of us who have worked alongside first responders. PTSD rates in law enforcement and fire service are 2–3 times the general population. Burnout, substance use, and suicide rates in these professions are among the highest of any occupation.
Most wellness programs address the surface — not the physiology beneath it. This program addresses the physiology and normalizes emotional communication within tactical culture without compromising professional identity. It is designed around a framework that honors both the science of performance and the humanity of healing.
BREA N. DAIGRE, FOUNDER, TRAINER
"Where clinical excellence meets genuine compassion. Where resilience becomes the new baseline."
Brea Daigre is a trauma-informed mind-body specialist who empowers first responders to build lasting resilience by combining clinical expertise with evidence-based neuroscience training rooted in lived experience. She practices the resilience she teaches, viewing her own ongoing healing journey as central to her credibility and capacity to serve. CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER | Healthcare Professional | Trauma-Informed Mind-Body Specialist
Brea Daigre is a healthcare professional and trauma-informed mind-body specialist whose work sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and genuine compassion. Rooted in science, shaped by lived experience, and delivered with authentic empathy, her approach empowers first responders and healthcare professionals to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild their lives from the inside out.
Brea experienced firsthand the invisible and cumulative toll that chronic stress and repeated trauma exact on those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Rather than accepting burnout as an inevitable cost of the profession, she turned that personal experience into purpose — pursuing advanced training in neuroscience, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care to understand not just what breaks people down, but what genuinely builds them back up.
Brea blends her background in clinical medicine with rigorous neuroscience-based training to help individuals strengthen both their physical and emotional well-being. Her evidence-based approach integrates the neuroscience of how chronic stress rewires the brain and how neuroplasticity allows us to rewire it back, somatic psychology that recognizes trauma lives in the body as much as the mind, and positive psychology that rebuilds meaning, purpose, and forward momentum. The result is a practical, accessible framework designed for first responders and high-stress professionals.
After experiencing the toll of chronic stress firsthand, Brea discovered that resilience is a learnable skill- and is committed to teaching it. She believes we can change the reality for first responders. Not by changing them, but by giving them the tools, knowledge, and community to thrive.
"My mission is to bring luxury, science-backed nervous system healing to the people who protect everyone else — and to make sure they never have to fight for the help they've earned."

Clinical Specialties
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brea worked directly alongside first responders — paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement — on the front lines of the crisis. She watched them absorb wave after wave of trauma, loss, and impossible decisions without adequate support.
She saw a culture that trained people to be strong, to push through, to never show weakness — and she saw what that culture costs over a 20-year career. The hypervigilance that doesn't turn off at home. The sleep that never fully restores. The relationships that fracture under the weight of what can't be said.
She built this program because first responders deserve more than a hotline number and a pamphlet. They deserve the same quality of clinical care, the same depth of attention, and the same luxury of healing that they give to everyone else every single day.

Every protocol is grounded in peer-reviewed research and refined through years of direct clinical practice across multiple care settings.
This work is personal. Brea brings her own experience of healing — and the empathy that comes with it — to every client relationship.
From brain tumor surgery to opening COVID-19 clinics on the front lines, Brea has navigated the kind of stress she now helps others heal from.
The goal is never dependency — it's giving you tools, understanding, and a nervous system baseline that works for you long after our work together ends.
Every program is designed around a framework that honors both the science of performance and the humanity of healing.
